The Big Gaff, a collaboration between Giff Gaff and Big Issue, is a series of facilities set up as pop up containers or inside community centres, which provides the facilites for people in poverty to help themselves create opportunities.
The branding used is a perfect mixture between the already strong and established visual identities of Big Issue and Giff Gaff, making the brand look as familiar and reliable as possible.
Land Of Plenty Challenge Brief
Thirst Aid is a water brand that rejects the clichés and stereotypes of an oversaturated market. A utility-first company, it reframes hydration as essential care and provides clean, crisp, sustainably sourced water in fully recyclable packaging inspired by lifesaving equipment, intending to remind people of the preciousness of water.

Riot is an exhibition that strips away sensationalism to focus on the raw, human stories behind protest. Combining on-the-ground video, studio news footage, journalists’ accounts, and the social-media traces of those who were there—tweets, blogs, Instagram photos and Facebook group chats—it maps how movements are documented, shared, and amplified across the 20th and 21st centuries. Rooted in first-hand testimony and archival context, Riot explores how being online transforms witness into participant, giving voice to the unheard and revealing the messy, urgent work of collective action.
